Usage Instructions: 1. First, moisten the plastic electrode areas on the strap's reverse side. Alternatively, if the strap has textile electrodes, gently rinse them under running water. 2. Securely connect the strap to your device, adjusting the length to provide a snug yet comfortable fit around your chest.

1. Position the strap around your chest, just below your pectoral muscles, and fasten the hook to the opposite end of the strap.

2. For optimal heart rate accuracy, ensure the wet electrode areas are in firm contact with your skin and that the Polar logo on the connector is centered and upright.

Strap Sizing Options: - XSmall to Small: 22 to 33 inches in length - Medium to XXLarge: 28 to 52 inches - XXXLarge: 42 to 77 inches

Please note that sizing should be taken directly beneath your pectoral muscles or breasts. The strap will not function with the Garmin Premium Heart Rate Sensor.
